America’s Supercar.

The Saleen S7 isn’t just America’s first true supercar—it’s a bold declaration of engineering excellence. Designed, developed, and built entirely in the United States, the S7 was crafted to compete with the world’s fastest, most luxurious grand tourers. Initially powered by a Saleen-designed 7.0L naturally aspirated V8 that delivers 550 horsepower and 520 lb-ft of torque, the S7 launches from 0 to 60 in under four seconds and can exceed 200 mph. With a mid-engine layout, carbon fiber bodywork, and race-derived architecture, the S7 blends pure performance with Saleen’s unmistakable American character.

Supercar Performance

Inside the Saleen S7, extreme performance meets refined luxury. Connolly leather, brushed aluminum accents, and an asymmetrical cockpit designed for optimum driver ergonomics deliver a cockpit that’s as purposeful as it is beautiful. The driver’s seat is shifted slightly toward center, improving balance and control.

25th Anniversary

The S7 was in production from 2000-2007, quickly becoming an icon of American supercar engineering—celebrated for its striking design, uncompromising performance, and racing heritage, including its victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In celebration of the win, Saleen produced a limited amount of Special Edition S7s. This year, we proudly marked its 25th anniversary, a milestone made possible by you: the enthusiasts who championed it, shared its stories, and helped make it one of the most recognized supercars in the world.

A Note to S7 Enthusiasts

While the S7 is no longer produced, our focus today is on the next generation of Saleen performance. That future is reflected in the S1 Race, our lightweight track machine; the S1 Street, engineered for everyday exhilaration; and the upcoming S11, currently in final design at LeMay – America’s Car Museum.
