Effective September 23, 2026
This Reservation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Saleen Automotive, Inc. (“Saleen”, “we”, “us”), 2735 Wardlow Road, Corona, CA 92882. By placing a reservation for a Saleen S1 Street or Saleen S1 Race (the “Vehicle”) on saleen.com, you agree to the terms below.
A reservation holds a place in line for the Vehicle. It is not a purchase, an order, or a contract to buy or sell a Vehicle. A separate purchase agreement will be required before a Vehicle is built for you or delivered to you.
The reservation payment is $1,000 for the S1 Street and $2,000 for the S1 Race, charged to your card at the time you reserve. The reservation payment is fully refundable at any time before you sign a purchase agreement. To request a refund, email ir@saleen.com from the email address used for the reservation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Published prices, including the S1 Street starting price of $160,000, are estimates and are subject to change until you sign a purchase agreement. Final pricing will depend on the configuration you choose, options, taxes, fees, and delivery. Your reservation payment will be applied toward the purchase price of your Vehicle.
Any delivery estimates Saleen publishes are estimates only and may change. Reservations are generally fulfilled in the order they were received, subject to production capacity, configuration, and location. Saleen does not guarantee a delivery date.
Vehicle specifications, features, colors, materials, and availability shown on saleen.com are subject to change without notice as engineering and production progress.
We use the name, email, phone number, and ZIP code you provide to manage your reservation and to contact you about the Vehicle. Payments are processed by Stripe; Saleen does not store your card details. See our Privacy Policy.
Saleen may cancel a reservation and refund the reservation payment at any time, including if the Vehicle program changes or is discontinued. You may cancel at any time by requesting a refund as described above. This Agreement may be updated; the version in effect when you reserved applies to your reservation.
